Who we are
This policy explains how Fuji 9, LLC (“Fuji 9”, “we”) handles personal information collected through fuji-9.com. Questions go to info@fuji-9.com or Fuji 9, LLC, 2060-D E Avenida de los Arboles #213, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request an audit or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company, website and anything you write in the message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit, for security and reliability. We use HubSpot to manage inquiries; its tracking code records the pages you visit on our site so we can understand what you were interested in when you contact us. If Google Analytics is turned on, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used, with advertising features disabled by default.
Cookies
Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no third-party font service sees your visit. HubSpot sets cookies (such as hubspotutk) to recognize returning visitors and connect page views to an inquiry. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets first-party cookies to count visits and sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How we use information
- To reply to your request and deliver services you ask for
- To keep the site secure and working
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate
- To meet legal obligations
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers to host the site, store inquiries (HubSpot, Inc.) and, if enabled, measure traffic. They may use the data only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and then delete it or keep it only as required for legal or accounting purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it and to opt out of marketing. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. To make a request, email info@fuji-9.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
